Maintenance tracking, checklists built for your exact equipment, proof of service, float plans and reminders, for owners and the technicians and vendors they trust.
Hull, engines by serial number, batteries, plumbing, electronics, canvas and snaps, fishing gear, sail rig and sails, and full trailer details. Questions adapt to sail or power.
Inspections and maintenance services built from your own profile: a twin-outboard sportfisher and a cruising sailboat get different checks. Readings like battery voltage are required.
Before every tow, after saltwater, monthly through annual service, plus storage and an emergency kit. Pass, Watch, Service due, Fail, and a clear DO NOT TOW when it matters.
Every fuel filter, impeller, anchor line and wiper blade, tracked per engine, with receipts and photos. A printable maintenance report to keep, or to show when you sell.
Your boat details are filled in. Add the trip, people aboard and your position, then text or email it to your shore contacts with map links. Tap "I'm back safely" when you return.
Boat and trailer registration, safety gear expiry, maintenance due, warranties, and your CPR/AED, captain's and fishing licenses. Add them to your phone's calendar.
Trusted vendors see only their own jobs, recommend work and send quotes from a phone. Nothing is scheduled until the owner approves.
Optional: keep your policy, declarations page and ID card, plus title, registration, survey and marina contract, in one place, with renewal reminders. Never shared with vendors or included in sale packets.
Your boat profile stays between you and your care team. Licenses and their photos are visible only to you.
See every record, approve quotes, keep your profile current, send float plans and run your own pre-tow checks.
Walk the boat with a checklist made for it, record readings and photos, and log what you serviced automatically.
Track your jobs across boats, add notes and quotes on the dock, and close jobs out with completion details.
Two visits a month: fenders, dock lines, batteries, water in the hull or listing, and scuppers draining properly. Anything noticeable is reported to you.
A full check visit every other week: bilge and pumps, batteries, shore power, lines and fenders, scuppers, hull, canvas, engine oil and more, plus monthly, 60-day and 90-day checks built for power or sail.
Everything in Check, every week, plus starting and running your engines to temperature, and a rinse-down with the windows squeegeed every time we leave your boat.
When high wind or heavy rain is coming, we check fenders, dock lines, scuppers and the hull for water intrusion before and after the storm, whatever your regular visit schedule.
Prices are per month on a 12-month plan for a single-engine boat. Check and Steady add $25 a month for each additional engine. Month to month is 15% more. Checks are included in your plan. Anything beyond a check is billed separately, and on-site parts (wiper blades, dock lines, fenders) are billed at retail price plus a 10% service fee. We are not mechanics, riggers or sailmakers: we hire licensed pros and oversee the job, and out-of-water work goes through a boatyard. Your manufacturer's maintenance schedule always takes priority over our typical intervals.
